im proud to say im independant in life, if not in studies, but, that's that. not many people can say that.

So anyway, i have no idea why there are ppl from all over the world visiting my blog, maybe they searched out rifle or something, but nvm. the weekend passed fast.
i left school on saturday at 5 30 or so, trying to get some work done in the range. ended up fixing the broken chair up with some rafia string.
woke up at 11 30 today, got Bio the bio presentation ready.

The Games Have Just Beguni would prefer not to talk about the SS test ryt now, so nvm. i will highlight the cool points in the interhouse competitions today.
lets see, a slight disapointment from our dear class shooters today. ian and guo wei were ok compared to those others who were shooting for the 1st time i guess, but wenzheng o.0 hasnt trained for quite a while and thus, messed up with a mere 164.
kevin got 82/100 and a 75/100.
Current standings for the guys.

although im shooting rifle, Hey! my pistol shooting is quite good. 3 different cards gave me average scores of 7.0, 6.3, 8.0 =P
I left school at 7 30 pm. The J1s got this toy gun for the family tree event where we are gonna be setting up a booth on the stage for "shooting". Hilarious.
Today's quite an ok day for me i guess, ended off quite well :) In a good mood now.

Shootyay. got home earlier than my brother for the
first time this year. can you believe it? but then, got some work to do. lets see. the homework pileup: maths assignment,
LA Essay,
Chem lab report, elective assignment,
bio test tomorrow (friday), SS test, and LA project final. somehow i feel that i missed something out -.-"
So hopefully i can grasp the concepts of Bio by tonight then. LA essay and electives is juz a finish off thing, so i doubt it would take more than an
hour =)
Yay. thanks to 6 ppl in class, we are sending 2 teams for the interhouse competitions. the
lynx team is now mainly made up of
06v11 ppl and 06s38 ppl. 06s38 is a cool class anyway, they are sending 3 teams. =) the people to thank are guo wei, wen zheng, ian, jing jing, jolyn and debby. if possible, we still need another team of 3 for the girls side.
lets see. indie-venture got postponed, LA project is getting tricky, Imagineering and Bio is chasing us for solutions and the model respectively.
this person came down today during EA, im not gonna write the name out, coz i prefer not to use english to write chinese words. so, person x, has been to over 80 different countries, over 40 times to china alone. she is the one who wrote the book which led to us getting the take home book to study test.

This Bad Old FeelingWhywhywhy. Life is so complicated. I juz wish i could sit down and do nth but think for 6 hours. but theres
NO TIME. So, i got SS to do. So, i got Chinese to do. So, i would probably only have about 4 hours to do both in total, today AND tmr. theres NO TIME.~
Gah. Anyway. Notice to all ppl.
Interhouse Rifle Shoot.3 teams per house, 3 ppl per team. Air
pistols, no rifles. a few practice shots, and 20 official shots. week 9, 4 30 - 7 30 for 4 of the days. Those in v11, find me or any other shooter in
class (lynx) to sign up =) you might want to find a team of 3 though. oh, and its $5 a person =P

haiz. okaaaay, so the physics test was okaaaay, then, i haven't handed in my chinese worksheet... blah blah blah... went down to the range, wasted away 2 whole hours. JC1s are such great company, you can juz chat with them for like, forever. then Jun Jan came down with kevin. Bday song erupt, we only juz found out today anyway =P. Played cards in the range a while b4 leaving to get home.
Through all the tests we go through, through all the assignments, the homework, the stress. you would still find that, you love the school, the places in it, the people in it. everything.

HomesickWell, its kinda late, but i think i'm one of the few who got home 1st after the play. so, the play addressed many things to do with our social studies and also our lang arts. it would be hard for those who didnt see it to understand if i described it here, so i wont. juz some key points though.
Stuff about people emigrating out of singapore for different reasons, marrying foreigners, studying, jobs, and even hatred for being a singaporean. Scared of the past, jealously amongst siblings. lots of hidden meanings, lots of talk about how secrets are kept even within the family.

So, went with althea, alicea, jourdan, yi ling, ian, guowei over to breko cafe opposite bugis junction after the play, talked a bit, etc. anyway, had some fun :)
Note: Yi Ling is just like Debby in a sense. But, no elaboration neccessary.
